Office 365 Admin Mobile app
You want to manage Office 365 from your mobile phone, Microsoft provided mobile app to manage quick things like groups, users, checking health and bills.
Go to Play store on your mobile and install Office 365 Admin app
When you open the mobile app you will get this, sign in with your account
You will be asked to grant permission to the app to access your contacts
When you log in you will get this screen where you can see messages that you have from Microsoft, health status and quick links to manage your Tenant.
If you press on Health you can see there are active incidents and check status of services
If you select groups you will your groups where you can manage and create groups.
