Manage Planner tasks assigned to you within Microsoft To-Do

In Previous post we discussed about Planner in Office 365 and how it is used to manage your project tasks especially if it is agile.

Also we discussed before how to integrate your flagged email in outlook with Microsoft To Do.

In this post we will show how to track your tasks from Planner in Microsoft To Do.

If you open To DO you will get notification at the bottom like in this screen to integrate with Planner.

If you missed this alert to track Planner tasks you can adjust that through settings as shown below.

Press on settings button then To Do settings

This will open setting screen scroll till you find the Connection section and set it to On

Now in Planner when you create task and assign to a user

Then if you go back to To Do you will see that it is assigned to you.

You can now mark task completed by clicking circle beside it and by that it will be removed from your queue in Planner.

This is how you can integrate your tasks and flagged email as explained in other post with your To-Do application and handle them from even your mobile phone.
