SharePoint and OneDrive integration with Adobe

Adobe has set of updates that are designed to increase the integration with SharePoint and OneDrive.

We have tested the edit of pdf file while opening it in SharePoint Online.

On the top right you will see some icons

first from left to add a sticky note, second one is to highlight words, paragraphs, third one is pen when you can write and draw, the third icon is to search PDF, then the 3 dots icon has several capabilities

if you press edit button you will get this screen

It contains extra functionality, if you press on any you will be requested to enter your Adobe credentials, to get those extra features you need to subscribe to Adobe Document Cloud to use this integration with Office 365.

In general Adobe Document Cloud now supports single sign-on with Azure Active Directory, simplifying log-in and avoiding the need to manage multiple account sign-ins. Also common tasks for working with content and PDF files are just a click away, saving you time.

With Adobe Sign in Office 365 you can save time and speed signing, create automated workflows.

With Acrobat DC and PDF services: Work where you want. Convert Word, Excel, or PowerPoint files to PDF in Office 365 or work with Office files in Acrobat DC. You can also protect your files.

In addition to integration with Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Power apps, Flow and outlook
