WorkFlows for Office 365

SharePoint developers and users are aware about SharePoint Designer which was around for long time, still available but moving on Microsoft has provided new engine called Flow

What is Microsoft Flow ?

Microsoft Flow is an online workflow service that automates actions across the most common apps and services.

when you sign in to Microsoft Flow you can create workflows from existing templates or build your own.

There are a lot of stuff you can do with Microsoft flow, for example
you can create a flow that adds a lead to Microsoft Dynamics 365 and a record in MailChimp whenever someone with more than 100 followers tweets about your company.

With Flow you can do the following as example as it contains a lot of stuff:

• Copy all email attachments to your OneDrive for Business account.
• Collect data about your business, and share that information with your team.
• Automate approval workflows.

Flow comes with Mobile application flavor too, there is mobile application on all stores where you can download flow app to see your workflows and if you have action setting on your queue you can handle for example if you are a manager and got vacation approval you can approve it or reject it.
