Microsoft Loop

Getting Started with Microsoft Loop

Access Loop: You can start using Microsoft Loop through the Microsoft 365 app launcher or directly via the Loop app if it’s available in your region. It integrates into other Microsoft 365 apps, so you may also encounter Loop features in Word, Excel, and Teams.

Create and Customize Loop Pages: Begin by creating a Loop Page to serve as your workspace. You can add Loop components, text, images, and more to organize your project. Customize the page to fit your team’s needs and the specific requirements of your project.

Add Loop Components: Insert Loop components like tables or task lists into your Loop Page. These components are interactive and can be edited by anyone with access. For example, a task list component can be used to assign tasks, set deadlines, and track progress.

Collaborate in Real-Time: Share your Loop Pages with team members and work together in real-time. Changes made by any team member will be visible immediately to everyone else, enhancing collaboration and reducing the need for back-and-forth emails or meetings.

Leverage Integration: Use Loop components within Microsoft Teams for seamless communication. For instance, you can create a Loop table in a Teams channel to track project milestones. Team members can interact with the table directly within the chat, ensuring everyone is updated without switching contexts.
