Let us take a look into Microsoft Your Phone app that will come native with Samsung.
You need to install the app on the phone from google play store and on Windows 10 from Microsoft store.
On the Phone:
Go to Play store and download the app
Sign in using your Microsoft account
Grant permissions it will ask for four permissions.
Then you will be asked on your PC to do the following
From your PC as instructed in 2 previous screenshots
in settings make sure you are signed in accounts with same account signed in the phone.
From Phone you are now all set
PC now Linked with Phone and now you can see/send messages, Notifications and photos
Seems in future as announced the partnership between Microsoft and Samsung will be more powerful and will see more integration.
