Yammer Social Network
Social networks became part of today’s paradigm whether we agree on it or not but it became a source of information and collaboration.
There are existing known social networks like Facebook.
But from Business side, if you own company, organization or community and would like to collaborate the way you do in other social network to keep engaged with your colleagues, co-workers and even friends.
Microsoft is providing this platform/tool to you as standalone product or part of Office 365.
Yammer was acquired by Microsoft few years back and since then Microsoft has added a lot of features and supporting this network so you can do better business.

Yammer is also available over mobile phones whether you are on Android or iOS.
As in the above screenshot, with Yammer you can create groups, send messages, upload files, tag people, post status/, announcements and Polls
