How YamChat and YamJam are organized?
Organizer sends invitations in Yammer group/email campaigns to the needed audience.
Moderator/leader at the start of session writes introduction in the group and then can post the rules for the session.
A single conversation covers an entire YamJam. For each
Q&A on a YamChat, a different conversation gets created.
Participants may use @mention to reply to a specific participant’s post.
For both YamJam and YamChat it is highly recommended to have leaders/moderators to make sure that conversation is not drifting from the purpose and moderators can send private messages to members who are posting irrelevant messages.
