Create Rule for emails you are in the BCC

Have you faced a scenario where you want to move an email you are in the BCC to specific folder but such rule does not exist out of the box, here you are the steps to do so:

  1. Send yourself a BCC mail.
  2. When it arrives, open it up and check the “Properties” or “Message Options” .
  3. Scroll down the Internet headers until you find something that identifies it as BCC. like:  “X-MS-Exchange-Processed-By-BCCFoldering” it can be somethin g similar differs from system to another
  4. Create a rule and choose “with specific words in the message header”.
  5. Copy in the value you found for step 3.
  6. Save your rule, send yourself another BCC to test it.
