Listen to your office 365 outlook emails

Microsoft released new update to Office 365 client applications that allows you to listen to your emails.

Make sure you have the latest updates from Office 365 and follow those steps:

Open Outlook client app, press file

Then press Options

Then press Ease of Access and make sure “Show Read Aloud” is enabled

Then open your email message and in the ribbon bar press on “Read Aloud” this will read your email.
