Flag Email in outlook will add Task for you on To Do List

We discussed before about To Do List to track your actions and tasks

Microsoft has added a new nice feature, when you flag and email message in case you still would like to take action by replying, this will automatically add task for you on the To Do List application where you can access from Mobile app or browser under section for flagged items.

How to apply that, follow those steps:

1- Go to
https://to-do.office.com you will see a note that asks you to start tracking your flagged emails, click show list.

This will add section called Flagged Email.

Then Go to you outlook and then flag one of the emails as shown

Then go back to your To Do list you will find it is added, if you are done then you can click on the circle to finish the task

If you go back to outlook you will notice that in the email it became automatically as checked instead of flagged.
